A major apartment builder that recently completed a Dallas tower is working on plans for a second high-rise in the Oak Lawn neighborhood. In 2021, builder Toll Brothers built the 22-story Aster apartment tower on Congress Avenue near Oak Lawn Avenue. The luxury high-rise has units that range from a 515-square-foot studio to a huge, two-level and four-bedroom penthouse with more than 3,700 square feet. Now the developer is hoping to build an even larger apartment tower a few blocks away on Cedar Springs Road.
