The race seems to involve two groups of candidates, with one in the middle. | Reply LA GRANGE, IL – Lyons Township High School's teachers union is sending out mailers about its endorsed candidates in the school board race. The Lyons Township Education Association supports incumbents Kari Dillon and Jill Beda Daniels and newcomer Tim Albores. The other four candidates in the April 4 election are Justin Clark, Frank Evans, David Herndon and Tim Vlcek. The local union, an arm of the Illinois Education Association, said its endorsed candidates "understand the need for a strong curriculum to assist educators in maximizing student growth.
